My name is Henry Correa-Melendez I began to take great interest in art after seeing the amazing drawings and pantings from one of my art teachers Mr. Tirado. I didn't take an interest in tattooing until my mid teens after watching my stepfather tattoo for years. I got my first tattoo at the age of 16 and i was instantly hooked, all I could think about was tattooing. Unfortunately I lost focus on drawing and learning to tattoo for a while. Years later I met Fame Montalvo after getting tattooed at Eminence Ink, seeing how amazing his art was I immediately felt in love with tattoos again. I started hanging out at the shop a lot more, and over time it started becoming my second home making my way there almost every day after work. This is when i started thinking of doing this for a career, after a long conversation with Fame I finally asked him if he could teach me to tattoo. Months of tracing and practicing I finally got to do my first tattoo, and there was no turning back after that. After months of hard work and dedication to my craft I finally got the opportunity to work next to the people that I call my second family.
